The Harbour Region in Malta, encompassing localities such as Birgu, Cospicua, Isla, Kalkara, Valletta, Floriana, Xghajra, Zabbar, Fgura, Paola, and Tarxien, is a captivating area that combines a rich maritime history, historical sites, and picturesque waterfronts. Above the shield is a mural crown of five towers Or.

In the aforesaid Arms, the escutcheons represent the six villages which are members of the Port Regional Council, that is to say Floriana, Kalkara, Fgura, Paola, Tarxien and Xgħajra, the mural crowns of three towers represent the three small cities which are members of the said Council, this is to say Cospicua, Senglea and Żabbar, while the mural crowns of four towers represent the two largest cities which are members of the said Council, that is to say Valletta and Vittoriosa.
